SMOOTHIES

2 scoops Formula 1 (flavor of choice)
2 scoops Protein Drink Mix (flavor or choice)
1 cup water
2 cups ice
Blend until smooth
All our smoothies are 24 gr protein, 200 calories without adding extra ingredients

HIGH PROTEIN WAFFLES

2 scoops Formula 1 (flavor of choice)
1 scoop Protein  Drink Mix (flavor or choice)
1 egg
1/4 c water
2 tbsp dry oatmeal (optional)

Heat up your waffle maker,   SPRAY right before you  put your batter in, and cook until done.
--Be creative and add nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, fruit, cinnamon, etc....
​Each waffle is 24 gr protein, 200 calories (without toppings)

HIGH PROTEIN PIES

In a blender bottle, add :
2 scoops Formula 1 (flavor of choice)
2 scoops Protein Drink Mix (flavor of choice)
2 heaping TBSP's of instant sugar free pudding (flavor of choice)
Shake until thick, put in refrigerator for 30 min
Top with bananas, nuts, whipped cream, grahams, etc and eat!
Each pudding is 24 gr protein, 225 calories (without extra toppings)

MUG MUFFINS

2 scoops Formula 1 (flavor of choice)
1 scoop Protein  Drink Mix (flavor or choice)
1 egg
3 tbsp water
Put in a mug, microwave for 2 min, 15 sec. Enjoy!
--Be creative and add nuts, chocolate chips, fruit, cinnamon, etc....
Each muffin is 24 gr protein, 200 calories (without toppings)
OATMEAL
Make oatmeal as normal plus 1/2 cup water.
Add 2 scoops Formula 1 (flavor of choice)
Add 1 scoop Protein Drink Mix (flavor of choice)
Stir.  Add fruit, nuts, cinnamon, raisins, brown sugar, monk fruit, etc...
​I like to top with sugar free French Vanilla creamer
​17g protein, 200 calories. Any toppings would be additional calories.

OVERNIGHT OATS (COLD)

Make oatmeal as normal plus 1/2 cup water.
Add 2 scoops Formula 1 (flavor of choice)
Add 1 scoop Protein Drink Mix (flavor of choice)
Stir.  Add fruit, nuts, cinnamon, raisins, brown sugar, monk fruit, etc...
Put in fridge at least 1 hour before eating.
​I like to top with sugar free French Vanilla creamer.
17g protein, 200 calories. Any toppings would be additional calories.

VEGETABLE DIP

1 Scoops of Herbalife Chicken and Vegetables soup mix
1 - 5.3 oz container of OIKOS PLAIN Green Yogurt
1/2 - 1  tsp garlic or everything but the Bagel seasoning.
Eat with vegetables or crackers
​In just the dip, 22.5g protein, 165 calories, 17 carbs

FRUIT DIP

1 Scoops Herbalife Beverage Mix (flavor of choice)
1 - 5.3 oz container of OIKOS Greek Yogurt (flavor or choice)
Eat with any kind of fruit!
In just the dip, 22.5 g protein, 135 calories, 10 carbs

MEAL REPLACEMENT PROTEIN BAR

2 scoops Formula 1 (flavor of choice)
2 scoops Protein Drink Mix (flavor of choice)
4 TBSP dry oatmeal
1 tsp mixed nuts
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp honey
2 tsp monk fruit (optional)
Mix and slowly add water just to be able to mix it together.
Shape into a bar and cup to portion size you want.
Each full-size bar; 37g protein, 495 calories, 35 carbs. Full meal replacement but I wouldn't suggest a full bar if you're on a weight loss program.
